Job Description

Our client’s company is expanding, and we’re looking for a talented People and Culture Advisor to join their team. As a key member of their HR department, you’ll be responsible for supporting their growth objectives through strategic planning and implementation of their people strategy.

Reporting to our HR Director, you’ll play a crucial role in organisational design and development, ensuring that their team is equipped for success. If you’re passionate about people management and development and have a track record of driving growth, we want to hear from you.

Day to day duties will include but not limited to:

Annual strategic planning, agreement and implementation
Review and implement a people strategy which aligns with growth objectives
Review, implement and maintain a wellbeing and engagement strategy
Manage regular internal and external communications
Implement and manage personal development plans and ensure training targets are met
Design, write and deliver training and development programmes to include soft skills and management training
Undertake skills analysis, job and people profiling and succession planning activities
Develop, introduce and manage the training academy
Work towards and achieving accreditations to include Investors in People
Ensure all compliance objectives are met
Generalist HR advice and support

Experience & Skills Required

CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
Proven experience in a similar role
Genuine interest and passion for people development and engagement
Skilled in design and delivery of training
Outgoing friendly personality with strong team skills
Highly motivated
Confident in dealing with people of all levels
Ability to work under pressure

Job Benefits

A salary up to £45,000 per annum
