Experience & Skills Required
Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience evaluating, designing and delivering management and leadership courses to a wide range of staff across the manufacturing plant. Manufacturing experience is essential ideally within an SME or small site as part of a larger business. Your key skills will be in design, evaluation, competency modelling, assessment techniques, reward processes, training programme design, training needs analysis. You will be passionate about developing staff and succession planning and will have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, be results focused, flexible, adaptable with strong relationship management and influential skills. With CIPD 7 or equivalent you will be highly driven and looking for a role where you can really make a difference. It is essential that you have experience at strategic level and can plan, implement and execute a L&D strategy across a business from shop floor through to senior management.
